My daughter loves shaking this and the pixelate design on the wooden surface is such a cool surprise when you spin it around. The three music modes keep her entertained for a solid half hour, and I’m glad the batteries were already in the box.
The battery compartment is a breeze to open, which matters when you're wrestling a 15-month-old. The three modes keep my kid engaged for a good ten minutes at a stretch, and the animal sounds are actually pleasant to hear on repeat.
My 1-year-old can't get enough of the three musical modes—she loves switching between the animal sounds and the melodies. The wooden pixelate surface is a fun, tactile surprise that keeps her engaged. Great for keeping little hands busy during diaper changes.
